I'm Hector a strategy planner, digital support worker, and organizer with over 15 years of experience. I've collaborated with small business, grassroots groups, cooperatives, and social justice projects to build systems that reflect values of care, solidarity, and collective power.
My work centers underrepresented voices especially POC, creators, women, immigrants, and neurodivergent communities and supports them with grounded tools and intentional planning.
